Friday 14th July is our Friday Night Food Truck Frenzy! Proudly brought to you by Peppers Salt Resort & Spa.
Wander around Central Park at Salt Village, enjoy our live entertainment, and taste all sorts of deliciousness from local food trucks, offering International flavours and local product for purchase. Beer and wine will be on sale at this licenced event … so no BYO’ing!
Kicking off at 4pm and wrapping up at 9pm, this is a ‘free to enter’ event.

Saturday 15th July
Cruise the beautiful Tweed and Rous Rivers on our Taste Tweed River Cruise and Lunch, proudly brought to you by Mt Warning Tours and Taste Tours.
We’ll pick you up from Peppers Resort at Salt, for a picturesque drive to Tumbulgum where you board your Mt Warning Tours “Spirit of Wollumbin” for a 2 hour cruise. Spot wildlife, learn about the history of our region and get spectacular views of Mt Warning before mooring at Chinderah Jetty for lunch at the Chinderah Tavern.
We pick you up at 9.00am with an expected dropoff back at Peppers around 2.30pm.
Cost for this one is $85/Adult and $55/Child (includes bus transfers, cruise, nibbles, lunch and some drinks!)
Saturday 15th July
Peppers Resort and Spa are hosting this year’s Signature Dinner – Our Winter Wine event.
You are invited to Season Restaurant for a 4-course dinner event – not to be missed! Season Chef de Cuisine, Michael Lee and Executive Chef Craig Robertson, have carefully matched the very best of our local Northern Rivers produce, with the distinctive South Australian O’Leary Walker Wines.
Start time is 6.45pm and the Cost is $120 per person … BUT if you book and pay before 18th June – it’s only $115!

Sunday 16th July
Pottsville Beach Markets area always on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of the month from 7.00am and are managed by the Pottsville Beach Neighbourhood Centre.
Pottsville Beach has lots of offer – great beaches, creeks, cafes and bargains galore at the friendly Beach Markets and Neighbourhood Centre. Visit for a great day out, or to pick up your fruit, vegies, homemade goodies, as well as local art, crafts, plants, jewellery, clothes, home décor items and much more. Tell your friends, and neighbours; bring your children along, amusement activities available.
The markets start at 7.30am – and is another ‘free to enter’ event!
Sunday 16th July

oin the team from Taste Tours on this fun and interesting cycle tour from the beautiful Kingscliff foreshore and Tweed River bank towards Fingal Head. We’ll visit the old Kingscliff Air Sea Rescue, Chinderah Seafarers Museum and Fingal Head Park and Lighthouse. See the Tweed’s very own Giants Causeway, enjoy the view of Cook Island and watch for whales, dolphins and local bird life.
This tour includes an optional breakfast at Season Restaurant, a coffee stop and a locally prepared lunch of seafood at Chinderah. After lunch we ride back to Kingscliff where you are free to enjoy a spot of shopping or settle in for a few cool refreshments at one of our many local watering holes.
This is rated an easy going to medium bike ride.
Monday 17th July
The Kingscliff Fashion and Food Show is proudly brought to you by The Surf Club Kingscliff – Bar & Bistro
This is a brilliant day out for friends to enjoy tastings, wine and lunch whilst shopping for the latest fashions and learning about our local designers. This has always been a very popular event. Strictly for fun people ONLY!
Tickets are only $30 and includes tastings, lunch, at least ONE glass of wine … and a Taste Festival Goodie Bag.

Wednesday 19th July
Tasty Trivia Night – Proudly brought to you by Cudgen Leagues Club.
Get a team together or come on your Pat Malone and join us for a fun night of Trivia. It is completely free to play and fantastic prizes will be on offer on the night. Four rounds of food and travel inspired questions, with prizes for each round – as well as some special giveaways. Resident local chef Macca, will have a number of tasty specials on the bistro menu for purchase on the night with full drink service available at the bar. Come on it’s completely FREE to play!! Registration from 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start.

Trivia is on every Wednesday night at Cudgen Leagues Club Limited and is free to play for members and guests.
