This year’s Signature Dining event is hosted by PIPIT Restaurant in Pottsville with a signature set 5 course menu with wine pairing/package.

OPEN to TEN people only, this exclusive dining experience will offer attendees a behind the scenes walk around the kitchen and access to chat with Award Winning Chef and Menu Creator, Ben Devlin. The menu will be based around Ben’s love for excellent and local produce that is sustainably sourced and available for the day.

Our fashion and food show celebrates our retail and hospitality sector with a day of fashion, food & fun – and few of surprises!

Shop with us as we visit 3 of our local fashion houses and enjoy a glass of wine and canapes at each stop.

Wines are supplied by the Brown Family Wine Group. Please note that there will be one glass of wine per person at each store and you will be supplied with a festival glass at our starting point and collected at the end of the morning.

To ensure that everyone is safe we will also be providing individually packaged food at each stop to ensure that there is no bacteria or virus transmitted through handling shared foods.

This documentary of Tweed Makers and Growers is absolutely wonderful and will take you on an incredible and unique tasting journey of the Tweed.

Taste Tweed welcome you to CRUISE on the river.

Explore the scenic Tweed waterways with Mount Warning Tours on their river ferry, SPIRIT OF WOLLUMBIN on a three hour cruise.

You will glide slowly through lush rainforest and view some of the Tweed Valleys unique local producers, distilleries and organic farms, on this relaxing cruise along our stunning Tweed River.

The cruise will pick up from the Jetty and gangway located at Chinderah and journey the Tweed and Rous Rivers to offer guests a beautiful afternoon on the water.

Arrive at 1.30pm for a 2pm departure. The cruise will finish on sunset so bring along something warm.

Due to current restrictions and Mount Warning Tours policies, this is a CRUISE ONLY. Attendees will be supplied with one bottle of water upon boarding the boat and you may  BYO drinks and food for yourself.

This event will be hosted by local brewer, Paul Brewer (yes – Brewer by name, Brewer by nature), and also offers you the opportunity to partake in a tour of the brewery and learn about the brewing process.
